Coquitlam Express captain and defenceman Troy Robillard has committed to the University of Alaska Anchorage for next season.
Robillard, a Coquitlam native is the longest serving member of the Express in his 4th season with the team.
This season he has 1 goal and 12 assists for 13 points in 36 games. In 17-18 Robillard dressed in all 58 games and put up a career best 5 goals and 21 assists for 26 points. In 157 career games Robillard has 7 goals and 39 assists for 46 points.
The Express now have 13 players on their roster with an NCAA commitment. 6 players have secured their commitment during the 18-19 season. Only the Penticton Vees with 16 have more NCAA committed players than the Express in the entire BCHL.
