STOUT BCHL PLAYER OF THE WEEK

Coquitlam Express forward Owen Stout was named the BCHL's player of the week for the week of October 17th to the 23rd.

He helped lead the Express to two wins in three games this past week. The West Vancouver native began his week with a pair of helpers in a 3-2 Express win last Wednesday over the West Kelowna Warriors.

That was followed up by a two goal and one assist performance in a 5-4 win over the Wenatchee Wild Friday. Stout's second goal stood up as the game winning goal.

This season he leads the Express in scoring with 23 points (6G, 17A) in 17 games which is 6th in BCHL scoring. His 17 assists are second in the BCHL trailing only Wenatchee's Brendan Harris.
