The Coquitlam Express have traded forward Adam Smith to the Dryden Ice Dogs (SIJHL) in exchange for future considerations.
The 19 year old Nanaimo native played 16 games with the Express scoring 1 goal and accumulating 53 penalty minutes which led the Express and at the time of the trade was 3rd most in the BCHL.
Smith had stints last season with Cowichan Valley, Nanaimo, Salmon Arm in the BCHL and Spokane in the WHL.
