I recently spoke with Express alumni Bryce Luker who backstopped the Express to their 2006 RBC cup championship. This past Saturday he practiced with the Montreal Canadiens on an emergency basis after Carey Price went down with the flu. The opportunity came following a lengthy shift as a Ottawa firefighter.

We discussed that experience, his journey following his time with the Express. and the 2006 season that culminated in a RBC cup. The interview is lengthy, but well worth the time.
